Why don't I have email links on my web site?

It seems that the pesky web crawlers that spam mailers use are pretty good at harvesting email links from web sites.  I took all the email address links out of my website in an attempt to reduce the huge amount of spam I receive.

I have replaced the email links with:

 "greenmanphotography (at) mindspring (dot) com"

and I ask that you type the address into your mailer -- replacing "(at)" with "@" and "(dot)" with ".".
