The Seattle Pride Parade Seattle's Gay Pride Parade is held in late June in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. It is an amalgam of civil rights rally, goofy neighborhood parade and Carnival in Rio. I have never been at an event at which the participants take the issues so seriously … and themselves so lightly.
